Florence Nacino is the CEO of V Manufacturing & Logistics Inc., founder of Earth Baby International, and President of Universal Woman. With a B.S. in Chemistry and an MBA, she is an Emeritus Member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and a Board Member of Beauty Industry West, where she was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023. She actively supports initiatives empowering women, families, and children.
International Image Consultant and Founder of Universal Fashion Ltd., has over 35 years of experience in image consulting, talent development, and international event production. He is the creator of Miss Tourism World, Señora Venezuela Internacional, and the Universal Woman Beauty Pageant. A speaker across Latin America and China, he also supports nonprofit initiatives like FUNCAMAMA, bridging beauty, business, and social impact globally.
